"Excellent customer service! I started off requesting a quote in 2019 and Ms. Margaret had responded. I didn't initially go with State Farm but Margaret stayed in contact and continued helping me when I had insurance questions even though I wasn't even a customer. Her customer service and great attitude is what aided in my decision when I was finally able to switch over insurances. Once I became a customer and had conversations with the others in the office, I could immediately tell that customer service was their priority. It feels like you are talking to family when conversing with them. I highly recommend for anyone looking for insurance, to give the Mike Rosales office a call."
